💣 Decision Intelligence is a principle that requires discipline.

The discipline of breaking problems down into decisions, dependencies, metrics, inputs, and outcomes — nothing else.

Not into processes.
Not into algorithms and AI.
Not into data, and dashboards.

✨ Into decisions.

Use a decomposition technique that breaks a complex domain into a set of decisions as the building blocks to solve the problem.

Decisions have inputs and outputs. Do not bog down in how those are provided.

💡 Create a model that cohesively establishes inputs, outputs, dependencies, and metrics based on decision units.

Then the data, algorithms, queries, processes, and workflows fall into their place.

Why?
Because once you shift the focal point to decisions, everything else becomes a supporting artifact.

Results:
✔️ Clarity and transparency
✔️ Reasoning and explainability
✔️ Agility and maintainability
✔️ Modularity and composability
